| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查、文献资料、数理统计等方法，对江西省部分城市的55岁以上老年人参加体育活动的现状进行了调查与分析，结果发现老年人参加体育活动的态度、动机较积极，影响他们锻炼的因素是多方面的。

| Abstract: | Through the survey and analysis of sports activities carried out by people above 55 years old in some cities in Jiangxi province with the research methods of questiormaires, documentary reference and statistics, this paper presents that the aged people are very active in attending the sports activities and there are various factors affecting such activities. |
