| 摘 要： | 体育高等函授中的面授环节在整个教学过程中占居非常重要的地位。从明确教学目标；完善面授课程、计划、组织形式体系；构建高素质的教师队伍；培养函授学员体育综合能力；建立适应机制，严格管理等五方面进行论述．提出一系列提高体育高等函授面授教育质量的措施。

| Abstract: | Personal instructions in sports correspondence higher education are important in the correspondence higher education. This paper demonstrates measures to promote the teaching quality from aspects of perfection of teaching process,teaching plans,organization and objectives. The teachers' contingent needs to be strengthened. The students' comprehensive abilities need to be developed. Appropriate mechanism needs to be set up. There must be more strict management etc. |
