| 摘 要： | 通过对我国竞技体育与群众体育的发展现状调查，对我国体育事业发展严重失调的现象进行了分析。从理论上、战略上、竞技化等方面阐述了竞技体育与群众体育的关系。认为只有加深认识，转变观念，才能真正落实国家体育总局提出的要切实地将体育工作重点转移到增强人民体质，提高国民素质这项基本任务上来。

| Abstract: | Through investigation on the present situation of development of the Chinese competitive sports and mass sports,this article analyzed the fact that the Chinese sports developed in an in-balanced way. Relationship between competitive sports and mass sports was expounded from theoretic,strategic and cultural aspects. It was proposed that only through having a clearer understanding of the relationship and having new ideas,could we carry out the task put forth by State General Administration of Sports that the stress of sports should be laid on building people's health and promoting the national quality. |
