| 摘 要： | 体育资源和文化资源的开发和创新是西部大开发的重要任务之一,我国西部体育落后于东部地区,从根本上说,是缺乏对体育资源和文化资源的开发和创新.而我国西部拥有丰富的体育资源和文化资源,开发西部体育资源和文化资源,是西部大开发战略中的重要构成部分.对西部体育资源和文化资源开发过程中面临的问题进行了分析并提出了对策.

| Abstract: | The exploration and innovation of sports resources and culture are great tasks of West China Development. The fundamental causes of underdevelopment of sports in west China compared to the east come from the lack of exploitation and innovation of sports resources in the west. This paper analyses the problems in the course of exploiting the sports and cultural resources in west China and proposes relative strategies. |
