| 摘 要： | 依据“健康第一”的教学指导思想,借鉴教学过程最优化等现代教学理论,结合足球运动技能形成的基本规律和多年教学的实践经验,从教学内容、教学进程结构、教学活动方式、教学方法等几个层面对普通高校足球选项课教学过程的最优化进行了分析与讨论。
