| 摘 要： | 本文采用问卷调查、数理统计、文献资料等方法对玉林市城镇530名60岁以上的老年人进行调查,就他们参加体育锻炼的动机、时段、地点、次数、每次持续时间以及组织形式等问题进行统计与分析,最后得出结论,并提出相应的建议,为促进全民健身计划的实施与顺利开展尽一份绵薄之力。

| Abstract: | By the research methods such as investigation,statistical and document method,this thesis has made a statistics and analysis on the purpose,time interval,site,frequency,lasting time and organization form of physical exercise of the 530 senior citizens in Yulin who are above 60 years old.At last it draws a conclusion and puts up some corresponding suggestions so as to improve implementation and development of overall fitness plan. |
