| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查、逻辑分析和数理统计等方法,对云南省20余所大中专院校在校学生参加体育活动的情况进行调查分析,结果表明：云南省大学生对体育课和体育活动均有一定的参与意愿,对一些健身性、娱乐性较强的项目和新兴体育项目有较强的参与意愿,但学校场地器材设施、体育课程设置、教学内容的选择等方面制约了学生对体育活动的参与程度,同时电脑、电子游戏等现代科技对学生生活方式的影响使情况进一步恶化。提出建议：改革体育教学内容、课程体系和师资队伍建设,创造良好的教学条件,确保学生每天锻炼一小时。

| Abstract: | By the use of literature,questionnaire,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,to analysis participate in sports activities in school to investigate the situation of more than 20 universities and colleges in Yunnan Province,the results showed that：college students in Yunnan and physical activity have a certain willingness to participate,for some fitness,entertainment and emerging strong sports programs have a strong willingness to participate,but the school grounds equipment and facilities,sports curriculum,teaching for the students so restricted participation in sports,while computers,electronic games and other modern technology on the impact of student life the situation worse.Recommendations： Reform of physical education content,curriculum system and teaching staff,to create a good teaching conditions,to ensure that students exercise every day for one hour. |
