| 摘 要： | 目前体育系田径教材中仅列出几种易犯错误动作.在推铅球教学过程中学生易犯错误动作远比现有教材和文献资料中提出的数量多、范围广.为便于教学和训练,对易犯错误动作进行更全面的研究,试图找出各阶段错误动作.请有关技术专家对找出的错误动作进行评定.并进行数据分析和可靠性检验分析.其中22种错误动作被列为易犯错误动作.以补充教材中的不足,以供各同仁教学和训练参考.

| Abstract: | It is a fact that the number of incorrect movements made by students in the shot-put training is far more than those listed in the existing track and field textbooks and data. This paper will make an all-round research on incorrect movements and try to find out the incorrect movements occurring in different phases of one shot-put for the convenience of teaching and training. Specialists and technical experts will involve in the assessment of the achieved incorrect movements. Through data analysis and the reliability test, 22 incorrect movements made by students in shot put training are determined which will be the supplement to the textbooks as well as the reference for teaching and training. |
