| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、观察法等手段,对技巧运动的翻腾动作在武术套路中的运用进行研究,纵观翻腾动作与技巧运动和武术运动的历史渊源,着重论述技巧的翻腾动作在发展武术套路运动员身体素质和增强套路的艺术性与观赏性方面的作用.
