| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、类比法、比较法等研究方法,以小康社会建设为背景,以后奥运时代为契机,从竞技体育及群众体育方面出发,分析了湖南省东、南、西、北部地区区域体育的现状与特点,对各地区区域体育发展战略进行分析与比较,为我省在后奥运时代将如何在新一轮的体育竞技中发挥自身的实力,如何选择科学、合理、符合我省实际情况的体育发展战略,如何使我省体育事业全面、协调、可持续发展提供理论依据,也为新时期我国区域体育发展战略的制定提供参考。

| Abstract: | Through literature research techniques,material law,expert interview law,mathematical method of average,analogism,comparison test other research methods,take the affluent society construction as a background,take Beijing Olympic Games as the favorable turn,later will the Olympic Games time will be a turning point,from aspects and so on athletics sports,mass sports as well as humane spirit,this article has analyzed east Hunan Province,south,west,the northern local region sports present situation and the characteristic,will carry on to various local region sports developmental strategy analyzes and compares,how to display own strength for our province after the Olympic Games time in the new round sports athletics,how to choose scientifically,reasonable,conforms to our province actual situation sports developmental strategy,how will cause our province.The sport cause comprehensive,coordinated,the sustainable development provides the theory basis,also provides the reference for the new time our country region sports developmental strategy＇s formulation. |
