“课程思政”背景下体育健康课程改革研究

摘    要:“课程思政”是新时期学校各项课程教学与人才培养目标同向同行、共同促进的抓手之一。身心健康素质的培育作为“立德树人”的根本任务之一,是学校教育和学校体育的重要目标之一。该文以“课程思政”为背景,基于“课程思政”对体育课堂教学意义,分析了“课程思政”背景下体育健康课程改革的有效策略,通过该研究,以期为更好地促进体育健康课程教学目标的达成,提供理论与实践层面的参考。

Research on the Reform of Sports Health Curriculum under the Background of"Curriculum Ideology and Politics"

Abstract:"Curriculum ideology and politics"is one of the starting points of the school's various curriculum teaching and talent training goals in the same direction and joint promotion in the new era.The cultivation of physical and mental health is one of the fundamental tasks of"moral education",and it is one of the important goals of school education and school sports.This article takes"curriculum ideology and politics"as the background,analyzes the signif icance of"curriculum ideology and politics"to physical education classroom teaching,analyzes the effective strategies of sports health curriculum reform under the background of"curriculum ideology and politics",and hopes to better promote the teaching of physical health curriculum through this research.The achievement of goals provides theoretical and practical references.
