高职院校运用APP跑步软件促进学生体质健康调查

摘    要:该文选取浙江省某高职院校2015—2017级(1000名)学生为研究对象,对比分析学生实验前和实验后体测数据,探究高职院校运用课外APP跑步软件对学生体质健康的影响。结果表明,未参加课外跑步的2015级学生耐力和体测成绩下降明显,有显著性差异(P<0.01);参加课外跑步的2016级学生毕业时耐力提高了7s,有显著差异(P<0.01),其他素质略有下降,差异没有显著性;参加课外跑步的2017级学生毕业时耐力提高了6s,相较入学时有显著差异,立定跳远较入校提高了1cm,体测成绩略有下降但不明显。相较高职男生来说,课外跑步更能提升高职女生身体素质。可见,高职院校使用课外跑步能够有效提高学生耐力水平,但是提高学生体测成绩效果不明显。高职院校应让学生在跑步时采用增加强度的间歇跑步方法,另外男生的课外跑步运动强度和运动量要高于女生,这样才能更有利于提高学生的体质健康水平。

A Survey on the Application of APP Running Software in Higher Vocational Colleges to Promote Students'Physical Health

Abstract:This paper selects 1000 students ranging from Grade 2015 to Grade 2017 in a vocational college in Zhejiang Province as the research object,compares and analyzes the physical test data before and after the experiment and explores the impact of the extracurricular APP running software on higher vocational college students'physical health.The results show that the endurance and physical performance of Grade 2015 students not participating in extracurricular running decrease significantly,with a significant difference(P<0.01).Students of Grade 2016 participating in extracurricular running improve their endurance at g raduation by 7s,with a significant difference(P<0.01).Other qualities decrease slightly and the difference is not significant.The endurance of Grade 2017 students participating in extracurricular running increases by 6s when graduation.Compared with the enrollment,there is a significant difference.The standing long jump is 1cm higher and the physical test score decrease slightly but not signif icantly.Compared with boys,extracurricular running can improve the physical qualities of girls better.It can be seen that the use of extracurricular running in higher vocational colleges can effectively improve the endurance level of students,while the effect of improving students'physical performance is not obvious.Higher vocational colleges should allow students to use highintensity intermittent running methods while running.In addition,the boys'extracurricular running exercise intensity and exercise volume should be higher than girls',so as to improve students'physical fitness better.
