| 摘 要： | 体育教学是一个由多要素组成的，既复杂又有规律的系统。根据体育教学实践，运用系统理论思想对体育教学的目标、内容、方法、负荷和评价系统进行分析，以揭示体育教学系统的规律，从而促进体育教学整体功能的优化。
