| 摘 要： | 采用案例研究法和文本分析法，对新浪旗下"黑猫投诉平台"体育类互联网投诉数据进行了研究。结果表明，分类监管、平台企业监管、综合监管与行业监管协同、行业标准化是提升体育市场监管效能的关键节点，并提出高质量发展背景下我国体育市场监管策略：一是建立与产业发展匹配的监管内容体系；二是加强对平台企业的研究与监控；三是促进综合监管与行业监管相结合；四是加快推进体育行业标准化工作进程。

| Abstract: | The case study and textual analysis were adopted to analyze the sports-related internet complaint data retrieved from Sina Black Cat Complaint Platform. The results showed that classified supervision,platform enterprise supervision,coordination between comprehensive supervision,industry supervision,and industry standardization were the key to improving the efficiency of sports market supervision. Supervision strategies for China's sports market under the background of high-quality development included establishing a regulatory content system that matched the development of the industry,strengthening the research and monitoring of platform enterprises in the sports industry,promoting the coordination between comprehensive supervision and industry supervision,and accelerating the process of standardization in the sports industry. |
