| 摘 要： | 分析认为,依法治教与高校体育改革相互依赖.一方面,高校体育改革需要相适应的立法,因而成为推动教育法治更快发展的强大动力;另一方面,依法治教对确认和巩固高校体育改革成果,指导改革深入进行,并使改革沿着健康方向发展,也有重要的保障作用. |
