| 摘 要： | 面对健身气功追求艺术美感的最新走向，以对中国传统美学基本范畴"简""约""文"的阐释为出发点，从健身气功的编创、演练过程、内部机理等角度对其"简约性"进行挖掘整理。研究表明，中国传统美学中的"简约"审美观并非单单以实用为旨归，而是蕴含了"文"的美学范畴，与之相应，健身气功的"简约性"是"简"、"约"、"文"的关系。据此，本研究认为"简约"是健身气功的美学特性，也是其优势所在，应当在艺术审美活动中予以保持和重视。

| Abstract: | Based on the latest trend of Health Qigong in pursuit for artistic beauty, this paper explains the basic categories of "Simplicity","Brevity" and "civilization" of the traditional Chinese aesthetics and expatiates on the adoption of "simplicity" in the creation, practice and essence of Health Qigong. Simplicity of the traditional Chinese aesthetics is not only pragmatic but also brings civilization. Simplicity is related to brevity and civilization. Health Qigong displays the aesthetic characteristics of the beauty of simplicity. |
