摘    要:为考察社会支持对校园足球教师职业认同的影响,以及教师使命感在二者之间的中介作用,采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、教师使命感量表(CCS)和教师职业认同量表(TPIS)对600名校园足球教师进行调查。结果发现:(1)社会支持及其维度影响校园足球教师的职业认同;(2)教师使命感在社会支持与职业认同之间起部分中介作用。其中,教师使命感在主观支持和职业认同之间、对支持的利用度和职业认同之间起部分中介作用,在客观支持和职业认同之间不存在中介作用;(3)使命感在主观支持和职业认同之间的中介作用与在对支持的利用度和职业认同之间的中介作用有差别。

Abstract:The Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS), the Career Calling Scale (CCS) and the Teacher's Professional Identity Scale (TPIS) were adopted to explore the influences of social supports on the professional identity of school football teachers and the mediating role of teachers' career calling, with 600 school football teachers as the subjects of the research. The results showed that:(1) The social support and its dimensions could significantly predict the professional identity of school football teachers; (2) The sense of Career Calling played a mediating role between the subjective support and the professional identity, and between the supportive utilization and the professional identity. There was no mediating role between objective support and professional identity. (3) The sense of Career Calling in the subjective support and professional identity was different from which between the support of the utilization and professional identity.
