| 摘 要： | 运动休闲特色小镇作为体育产业供给侧改革的创新举措，对于推进新型城镇化建设、推进社会治理现代化、推动体育产业创新升级和促进体育产业跨界融合具有重要意义。欧美国家有着很多闻名遐迩的运动休闲特色小镇和历史悠久的小镇文化，阐述了西方国家小镇文化产生的背景和原因，以法国霞慕尼运动休闲特色小镇为例，分析了其发展历程和运营模式，从区位特色、产业特色、治理特色3方面总结了霞慕尼小镇建设特色和发展经验。提出对中国运动休闲特色小镇建设的启示：以运营思维进行规划，完善基础设施与配套服务；深度培育产业驱动力，实现产业融合和联动；打造独一无二的文化IP，提高产业附加值；利用消费驱动增强旅游辐射力和小镇外向度；营造生活吸引力，打造生活新空间；立足未来对生态进行保护，完善相关政策机制。

| Abstract: | As an innovative practice of the supply side reform of sports industry, sports resort towns play an important role in promoting the construction of new urbanization, the modernization of social governance, the upgrading of sports industry and cross-border integration of sports industry. There are many well-known sports resort towns with long history in Europe and the United States.The paper expounds the background of small town culture in the western countries, taking the French town Chamonix as an example, analyzing its development process and operational mode, summing up its successful experience with regard to its geographical, industrial and governance characteristics. Enlightenment for the construction of Chinese sports resort towns are put forward. |
