| 摘 要： | 高尔夫再次成为奥运会项目,竞技高尔夫的后备人才培养问题成为我国亟待关注的问题.笔者通过对所在高校的个案研究,考察了学校实行的“体育专业教育+竞技体育U应用型人才+行业适应能力”这一校企合作的高尔夫后备人才培养模式,并对这一校企合作模式的特征、学校和企业的角色与关系、合作的意义进行了阐释,同时对所在高校在运行这一合作模式上所获得的经验与存在的不足进行了思考,提出了相应建议.

| Abstract: | Golf has again become the Olympic sport,which brings forth the importance of golf reserve talents training.In Hunan University of International Economics,a school-enterprise cooperation mode of an integration of physical education with well trained sports practitioner plus adaptability to profession was practiced.In addition,the roles of the school and enterprises and the cooperation between them were clarified.Problems and experience were discussed. |
