| 摘 要： | 羌族是中华民族大家庭中最古老的民族之一,但随着社会历史的变迁和现代体育的冲击,羌族传统体育面临着严峻的挑战。通过对羌族传统体育的介绍,及对羌族传统军事文化、宗教文化、风俗礼仪及传统游戏的传承的阐述,说明了羌族传统体育在羌族传统文化中的地位和作用,以及如何通过羌族传统体育更好地继承和发扬羌族传统文化。

| Abstract: | Qiang people belong to one of the oldest peoples in China.Under the impact of the social changes and modern sports,Qiang people's traditional sports are faced with great challenges.This paper introduces the tradtional military culture,religious culture,rituals and traditional sports of the Qiang people and analyzes the roles of Qiang people's traditional sports in the traditional Qiang culture. |
