| 摘 要： | 数字治理已经逐渐渗透至基层社会治理领域,为社区体育治理的创新发展提供了强大动力。运用文献资料调研、实地考察及案例分析等研究方法,在阐释社区体育数字治理理论框架的基础上,对创新社区体育治理实践的地区进行深入考察,发现社区体育数字治理蕴藏着“理念—组织—技术”的内在逻辑架构,从治理要素、治理原则、治理体制以及治理机制4大方面构建社区体育数字治理体系。研究提出了加强政府服务温度,以居民需求为出发点、 落脚点;促进数据流通畅度,加快治理数据开放共享交换;提升社会参与热度,推动治理主体互促互补互融;完善法治保障力度,监督评估并行实现治理增效的社区体育数字治理深化路径。 |

| Abstract: | Digital governance has gradually penetrated into the field of grassroots social governance, providing a strong impetus for the innovative development of community sports governance. Through literature research, field investigation and case analysis, on the basis of the theoretical framework of community sports digital governance, this paper conducted an in-depth investigation of areas that innovated community sports governance practices, and found that community sports digital governance contained the logical structure of “idea-organization-technology” and built a community sports digital governance system from governance elements, governance principles, governance systems and governance mechanisms. The study proposed to strengthen the temperature of government services and take the needs of the residents, promote the smoothness of data flow and speed up the sharing and exchange of governance data, increase the social participation, and promote mutual complementation and integration of governance subjects, improve the protection of the rule of law, supervise and evaluate the deepening measures of community sports digital governance for governance efficiency. |
