| 摘 要： | 以社会认知理论和计划行为理论为基础,考察环境与中学生锻炼态度的关系。采用量表法对1 200名中学生进行测试,结果表明:(1)中学生身体锻炼态度男生优于女生,初中生优于高中生。(2)自我效能感是预测中学生身体锻炼行为态度、行为控制感及行为意向的重要因子,环境因素可以通过自我效能感对身体锻炼的行为态度、行为控制感及行为意向产生影响。(3)学校环境通过自我效能感对中学生锻炼态度影响效应小于社区环境和家庭环境,社区环境通过自我效能感对中学生锻炼态度影响效应最大。

| Abstract: | To investigate the relationships between the environment and the middle school students' training attitudes,based on social cognitive theory and planned behavioral theory,1 200 middle school students were investigated by using questionnaires.The results showed that the school boys' training attitudes were better than the schoolgirls';the middle school students' were better than the high school students'.Self-consciousness of efficiency was the main factor in testing the students' training attitudes,sense of behavior controlling and behavior tendency which could be influenced by the environment. The influences of the school environment on the students' training attitudes were less than those of the community and family environment,among which the influences of the community environment were the greatest. |
