| 摘 要： | 贴身摔技术是散打比赛中一项行之有效的得分技术.运用文献资料法、访谈法、录像解析法等研究方法,对近两年国内优秀散打运动员的比赛进行技术分析,归纳训练和比赛中贴身摔技术存在的问题与不足,尝试针对性地提出贴身摔技术的训练思路和解决方法.
