| 摘 要： | 在竞技健美操奥运化与市场化的国际发展导向下,我国竞技健美操核心竞争力的可持续发展成为亟待解决的热点问题。运用文献资料法、专家调查法和层次分析法等,以核心竞争力理论和组织形象观点为理论依据、以近3届世界健美操锦标赛中国队的现实表现为实践依据,提出了中国竞技健美操核心竞争力的概念;构建其指标体系,一级指标分为动力层、支撑层和环境层竞争力3项,二级指标10项,三级指标28项;归纳其特征为技能集合性、难以替代性、多元延展性、动态调整性。最后,从技术创新与复合型训练团队建设、协会实体化与跨项选材育人、话语权提升与项目受众培育等方面提出中国竞技健美操核心竞争力提升的实践路径,为探索具有中国特色的运动项目核心竞争力培育模式提供参考。

| Abstract: | Under the guidance of the Olympic and market-oriented international development of competitive aerobics, the sustainable development of the core competitiveness of competitive aerobics in China has become a hot issue. Through literature study, expert investigation and AHP, based on the theory of core competence and organizational image theory, and the practical performance of the Chinese team in the recent three World Aerobics Championships. The concept of core competence of the Chinese Competitive Aerobics was put forward. The first-level indicators were divided into three levels of motivation, support and environment, including 10 second-level indicators, 28 third-level indicators characterized by skill, irreplaceable-ness, variety and adaptability. Countermeasures to enhance the core competitiveness of the Chinese competitive aerobics with the Chinese characterisitcs were proposed concerning skill innovation, inter-disciplinary training team, association substantiality, cross event talent selection, discourse power promotion and spectator cultivation. |
