| 摘 要： | 青少年体育公共服务治理是体育治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要组成部分。英国重视青少年体育并将之作为政府优先发展事项，逐步建立起了政府、市场、社会协同参与的青少年体育公共服务治理体系，促进了英国竞技体育的发展。我国青少年体育公共服务治理存在政策法规不完善、治理碎片化、资源配置不均衡、社会力量参与不足等问题。借鉴英国青少年体育公共服务的治理经验，得出以下启示：健全青少年体育公共服务的政策法规；加强青少年体育公共服务的整体性治理；推动青少年体育公共服务均等化；建立"政府主导，社会参与"的青少年体育公共服务治理结构；重视青少年体育公共服务政策的监督评估。

| Abstract: | Youth sports public service governance is an important part of sports governance system and governance ability modernization. Britain attaches great importance to youth sports and takes it as a priority for the government. It has gradually established a public service governance system of youth sports in which the government, market and society participate in coordination, which has promoted the rise of British competitive sports. There are some problems in the governance of youth sports public service in China, such as imperfect policies and regulations, fragmented management, unbalanced allocation of resources, and insufficient participation of social forces, etc. Based on the governance experience of the British youth sports public service, China needs to improve the policies and regulations of youth sports public service; to strengthen the overall governance of youth sports public service; to promote the equalization of youth sports public service, to establish the governance structure of youth sports public service with "government leading and social participation", to attach importance to the youth sports public service policy supervision and evaluation of the policy. |
