我国优秀男子3 000 m 障碍跑运动员训练模式的研究

摘    要:对我国优秀男子3000m障碍跑运动员的训练进行研究表明:运用“模式训练”行之有效,需加强指标监控,及时调控训练,反馈控制训练模式;应使运动员具备良好的心理状态,以情绪活跃性为主导进行训练,使训练达到最佳效果;训练周期呈现出较明显的变化,增加比赛次数,兼项中长跑、越野跑的比赛,对个体竞技水平的提高起到有利的推动作用;以“赛”代“练”、“以“调”带“训”具有独到之处,符合3000m障碍跑的训练趋势。

Abstract:The training of excellent male 3000 meters steeple chaser was studied in this paper.The result showed the training mode was effective,but the index of controlling should be strengthened.Moreover,the training should be adjusted in time and controlling training mode should be fed back in time as well.In order to obtain the best training effects,the athletes should be in good psychological condition and their mood should be the leading factor in training.The change of training cycle was obvious,the times of competition which included the middle-distance race and cross country race were increased and it played a favorable role in the improvement of the athletes' whole sports level.
