| 摘 要： | 中国足球改革实质是一种用主观意志和主观愿望来"规范重构"和"引导推进"足球发展的思维路线与行动路线。运用文献资料等研究方法，以"实践批判理论"为依托，厘清中国足球历史现状、政策演进、制度安排和现实困境。研究表明，中国足球改革发展应从思想、观念、价值和设计理论层面出发，契合中国政治、经济、文化、社会等实情；中国足球应遵循规律和立足国情，从核心要义、理性选择、路径模式、保障体系、工作方式和发展根基六个维度建构集职业、社会和校园足球于一体的和谐共生、可持续发展、中国特色的足球道路。

| Abstract: | The nature of the China's football reform is to reconstruct and guide the planning and operation of the development of the China's football in terms of a relative subjective will and desire. Adopting literature study as well as critical theory, this paper analyzes the status quo, the history, the system and the problems of the China's football. It can be seen that reform is the product of the ideology of nationalism, the embodiment of voluntarism, the application of dogmatism, and the display of the theory of revolution. The development of China's football development should be carried out from the ideology, idea, value and plan and take into consideration of the political, economic, cultural, social and other practical aspects. The law of the game and the national condition should be fully considered to ensure sustainable development for professional football, football for all and campus football with the Chinese characteristics. |
