| 摘 要： | 体育用品加工贸易在我国对外贸易以及体育用品国际贸易中占有重要地位，该文采用实地调查法、文献资料法、专家咨询法、数理统计法对我国体育用品加工贸易发展现状及其转型升级进行研究。研究结果表明：我国体育用品加工贸易以进料加工为主而国内产业配套能力有待加强，外资企业一家独大，区域结构过于集中，进出口市场集中度过高，陷入"贫困化增长"陷阱，发展面临外部负面环境因素影响，是我国当前我国体育用品加工贸易存在的主要问题。推进我国体育用品加工贸易转型升级的策略为：提升中资企业比重，破解外资企业一家独大问题；推进国内、国际产业转移，解决区域结构和进出口市场集中度过高问题；促进加工贸易转型内销，实现贸易方式的转型；培育壮大加工贸易配套产业，实现加工贸易原料采购的转型；实施政策调整、提升企业能力，推进体育用品全球价值链升级。

| Abstract: | Sports goods processing trade is important in the external trade and international sports goods trade of the Chinese in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of the Chinese sports goods processing trade. In this paper, field research, literature review, questionnaire and mathematical statistics were adopted to analyze the status quo and upgrading of the Chinese sports goods processing trade. It could be seen that processing imported materials was the main ways of the Chinese sports goods processing trade. The domestic industrial supporting capacity needed to be strengthened. The foreign enterprises had absolute advantage. The processing trade was too concentrated in some regions. The market concentration rate of import & export was too high, leading to "immiserizing growth". The international market was not beneficial. In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of the Chinese sports goods processing trade, more Chinese-funded enterprises should be encourage to compete with the foreign-funded enterprises. The domestic and international industrial transfer should be promoted in order to solve the problems such as excessive concentration of regional structure and import and export markets, so that the transformation of domestic processing trade and transformation of the mode of trade could be done. The procurement of raw materials processing trade transformation should be realized. The implementation of policy, the enhancement of the competitiveness of the enterprises and the upgrading of the global value chain of sports goods were important. |
