| 摘 要： | 今天休闲已经成为一种社会发展的文明标志,休闲体育也作为一种全新的体育运动理念日益深入人心,并成为人们日常生活中不可缺少的一个活动内容。休闲精神是体育得以发展和延续的内在动力源泉,休闲体育是对抗人类退化和追求人类全面发展的一种过程。因此我们从文化学的角度去重新认识休闲与休闲体育,不但有助于休闲体育的发展,而且在终极意义上也有利于人类的发展。

| Abstract: | Nowadays leisure has been regarded as a mark of social development,and leisure sports,as a completely new notion,have become very popular with people and an inseparable part of their daily life.The leisure principle has been one of the sources of the development of sports.Leisure sports have played an important role in the process of human evolution against degeneration and in pursuit of all-round development.Therefore,a reflection on leisure and leisure sports from the viewpoint of civilization will not only facilitate the development of the latter,but also contribute to the development of human beings in the long run. |
