| 摘 要： | 体育教师能力素质的高低直接影响到人才的培养质量。全面提高高校体育教师的综合能力，是形势发展的需要，是搞好高校体育教学的关键。本文就高校体育教师所需具备的能力进行逐一探讨，旨在建立高校体育教师能力的标准模式，提高教学质量，更好地完成高校体育教学任务。
