| 摘 要： | 思想文化不仅是人类生存的精神家园,也是一种可供人类持续发展的资源.道家思想在中国历史上独具特色,并影响中华文化各领域,为发展异彩纷呈的中华思想文化作出了独特的贡献.研究道家思想对中华民族传统体育发展的影响,应以科学态度和理性眼光分析判断,发挥其积极作用,改变其消极作用,挖掘其中有现代价值的精华部分,才能促进中华民族传统体育的可持续发展.
