| 摘 要： | 目的：对运动员生化指标的检测是长期跟踪监测，肌酸激酶和血尿素是在运动监控中最常检测的常规指标。其结果的准确性对指导运动训练，调整运动员的训练计划具有重要的意义和指导作用。故实验室对这两个指标进行了室内质量控制，以确保检测结果的准确性和稳定性。方法：合理收集控制值。绘制Levey-Jennings质量控制图，依据不同控制规则的预期性能，选择12a警告规则、13a失控规则、22a失控规则和10X失控规则为主要的控制规则。结果：每月单独统计的控制值的均值、标准差、变异系数，与累计滚动的统计结果相比，波动要大。累计滚动的月数越多。标准差越稳定，反映了日常质量控制工作处于正常的随机波动，分析过程质量良好。如果采用每月单独统计的均值和标准差用于下个月的控制依据，将会产生较大的起伏。实验室制定的质控范围远远小于厂家规定的控制范围。结论：采用的控制值包含的时间周期越长越客观，对于操作人员的调换、试剂盒批号的更换、校准品批号的更换、仪器保养前后的变化、试剂盒来源的变换等的变异因素可一并进行估计。对运动员生化指标的检测是长期跟踪监测，其结果的稳定性和准确性有尤为重要，如果仅靠厂家规定的质控品的范围来进行质量控制显然是不够的，而必须建立一套适合实际需要的室内质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Aim: Creatine kinase(CK) and Blood Urea(BUN) as the routine items are often detected to monitor sports training,which are important to instruct sports training and adjust training schedule.Therefore,quality control in the lab is carried out to ensure the veracity and stability of the results.Method: Collect the results of control serum correctly,draw the quality control chart,and choose the reasonable control rules.1_(2s),1_(3s) and 2_(2s) are chose according to the characteristics of different control rules and the clinical requirement.Results: the statistical results of the control serums in a separate month are unstable to the accumulative total results.The control range of our lab is less than the range of factory's range.Conclusion: The long-time control value is benefit to estimate the variance factors caused by the alteration of operator,the exchange batch number of reagent kit or calibration reagent,and the difference after the machine maintained,and so on.It is very important to ensure the results to be stable and exact,for the detection is a long-time track monitor.A proper quality control in the lab must be established,it is not enough to control quality on the values of control sample ranged by factory. |
