| 摘 要： | 体育科技体制改革与发展在政治、社会、生产和体育生活的作用已日渐为人们所重视，体育科技体制改革与发展是体育科技创造性劳动的物质基础，体育科技体制改革与发展水平的高低直接关系我国体育发展的动力和方向，体育科技改革与发展的差距是阻碍我国体育综合国力提高的一个重要因素。因此研究我国体育科技体制改革与发展具有重要的理论和实践意义。运用文献资料、访问调查和逻辑分析等方法，对我国体育科技体制改革与发展中存在的主要问题进行了讨论，提出了促进我国体育科技体制改革与发展的对策与措施。

| Abstract: | The development and reform of sports science and technology the system has been become an important part in economical development and society progress. The development and reform of sports science and technology the system is related to motility and direction of sports development in China, and the difference of the development and reform of sports science and technology the system is a key factor restricting the development of national power. So it is a vital topic to research the development and reform of sports science and technology system is very necessary not only to the practice but also to theoretic. Main question of exist the development and reform of the system of Chinese sports science and technology is analyzed by using the method of literature, questionnaire and logical analysis.
