| 摘 要： | 以设计体育活动和中医保健按摩相融合的大众健康促进方案为目的,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法,探求能量回收视角下体医融合的理论支撑;基于体育活动中产生的机械能输出以及中医按摩功法所需的能量输入这一原理,结合实验法和问卷调查法,分析机械能再次利用到中医按摩手法中的可行性。研究认为群众体育活动中产生的部分机械能可以利用为自身按摩的机械能,在实施中应该针对不同人群的不同需求设计实施方案。与此同时,需要对健康促进方案进行宣传、推广、反馈和调节,不断优化和改进,最终实现对大众健康的高效促进。

| Abstract: | In order to design a public health promotion program integrating sports activities and traditional Chinese health massage,this paper uses the methods of literature review and expert interview to explore the theoretical support of physical-medical integration from the perspective of energy recovery.Based on the principle of mechanical energy output generated in sports activities and energy input required by traditional Chinese massage,combined with experimental method and questionnaire survey method,this paper analyzes the feasibility of using mechanical energy again in traditional Chinese massage.The research believes that part of the mechanical energy generated in mass sports activities can be used as the mechanical energy of self-massage.In the implementation,the implementation plan should be designed for different needs of different groups of people.At the same time,health promotion programs need to be publicized,promoted,fed back and adjusted,and continuously optimized and improved,so as to achieve efficient promotion of public health. |
