| 摘 要： | "体教融合"作为"体教结合"更高级的发展演进形态,需积极汲取体教结合模式发展的经验和教训。通过改进以往人才培养和治理上的碎片化问题,在一种新生境的条件下真正地融合成一个有机的整体。基于战略联盟和协同治理理论,分析体教融合新生境的多元主体构成的生成逻辑,认为应构建体教融合战略联盟并通过对体制的优化和统筹设计,使多元主体在新生境组织形态中实现协同治理,从而为解决传统体教结合体制不顺、管理体系混乱、高素质体育竞技人才缺失等诸多难题提供新的治理方法与解题思路。

| Abstract: | As a more advanced form of development and evolution of"combination of sports and education","integration of sports and education"needs to actively learn from the experience and lessons of the development of the mode of combination of sports and education.By improving the fragmentation of talent training and governance in the past,we can truly integrate into an organic whole in a new habitat.Based on the theory of strategic alliance and collaborative governance,this paper analyzes the formation logic of the multi subject composition of the new habitat of sports and education integration,and holds that the strategic alliance of sports and education integration should be constructed,and through the optimization and overall design of the system,the multi subjects can achieve collaborative governance in the new habitat organization form,so as to provide new governance methods and solutions to solve the problems of traditional sports and education integration system,management system confusion,lack of high-quality sports talents and so on. |
