| 摘 要： | 在对大量国内外有关高脂血症运动干预研究文献进行综合分析的基础上发现:高脂血症及由其所引发的一系列心脑血管疾病已经成为威胁人类健康的重大问题;而世界卫生组织及部分国家的卫生管理与指导机构正在积极倡导通过运动干预这一低成本的干预措施,实现对高脂血症等慢性非传染性疾病的有效控制。为此,各国学者对高脂血症运动干预的研究领域给予了广泛的关注。但研究中同时发现:如何制定科学、有效的高脂血症运动干预方案的系统研究方面是各国在该领域研究中的薄弱环节;并且目前尚缺少对于高脂血症运动干预开展与实际使用情况的系统调查结果与分析,形成了该领域研究中的盲点,影响了高脂血症运动干预的推广应用,阻碍了高脂血症干预策略的实施。

| Abstract: | On the basis of a large number of intervention hyperlipidemia campaign literature comprehensive analysis in domestic and foreign,this paper shows that it have become a threat to human health about Hyperlipidemia and which are triggered by a series of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.The World Health Organization and the health management and guidance agencies of some countries are actively advocated to control the hyperlipidemia,and other chronic non-communicable disease by the low-cost intervention of movement.Thus,scholars in many countries received widespread attention about it,but it also found that it is a weak link on how to develop Hyperlipidemia intervention programs of movement system of national research effectively in this field;currently there is not enough evidence of the systems affected the application of the movement of hyperlipidemia intervention,and hindered the implementation of its strategies. |
