摘    要:目的:以人参为阳性对照,研究北冬虫夏草和辽东木对一次力竭小鼠海马自由基代谢的影响及其机制。方法:雄性昆明种小鼠,随机分为5组:安静组,力竭运动组,虫草加力竭运动组,木加力竭运动组,人参加力竭运动组,运动模式为一次无负重力竭游泳,之前6周给相应组大鼠服用北冬虫夏草发酵液、辽东木提取物和人参茎叶提取物,最后一次运动后即刻取样测定各组小鼠海马MDA、T-AOC及游泳至力竭的时间。结果:一次力竭游泳后,运动组小鼠海马MDA含量显著增高(P<0.01),T-AOC显著下降(P<0.01);各服药组小鼠海马MDA含量明显低于运动组(P<0.05),T-AOC显著高于运动组(P<0.01);各服药组小鼠游泳至力竭的时间明显延长(P<0.05)。结论:小鼠在进行一次力竭运动后,海马内脂质过氧化水平升高,总抗氧化能力下降;服用北冬虫夏草、辽东木及人参能够降低力竭游泳小鼠海马脂质过氧化水平,提高总抗氧化能力,并延缓疲劳的发生。

Abstract:Objective: To research the influence of Corduceps militaries L and A.elata on metabolism of free radical of the mice' hippocampi after exhaustive swimming,compared with ginsenosides.Method: Kunming male mice were divided into 5 groups randomly: sedentary control group(A),exhaustive swimming group(B),exhaustive swimming and administered with Corduceps militaries L(C),exhaustive swimming and administered with A.elata group(D),exhaustive swimming and administered with ginsenosides group(E).The exercise model was one time exhaustive swimming after the corresponding mice were administered with Corduceps militaries L,A.elata and ginsenosides for 6 weeks.The indexes such as MDA,T-AOC of the mice' hippocampi and the time to fatigue were measured just after exhaustive swimming.Result:After exhaustive swimming,compared with A group,the indexes of hippocampi showed the following significantly changes: the content of MDA increased significantly(P<0.01),T-AOC decreased significantly(P<0.01);the indexes of hippocampi of all groups administered drugs showed such changes compared with B group: the content of MDA was lower clearly(P<0.05),T-AOC were higher significantly(P<0.01);the time to fatigue of C,D and E groups were clearly longer than B group(P<0.05).Conclusion: After exhaustive swimming,B group mice hippocampi was damaged because of the generating of free radical,the total activity of killing free radical decreased.Corduceps militaries L and A.elata alleviated the oxidation of the mice' hippocampi and stayed the occurring of central nervous system fatigue.
