羊肚菌对大强度耐力运动大鼠不同组织NO、NOS含量的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨补充羊肚菌对大强度耐力运动大鼠不同组织中NO、NOS含量的影响。方法:采用大强度耐力运动训练,通过补充羊肚菌对比实验,观察大强度耐力运动后大鼠不同组织中NO、NOS含量的变化。结果:运动服药组肝脏组织中NO含量低于运动组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。运动服药组心肌组织中总NOS酶活性低于运动组,有显著性差异(P<0.05);运动服药组肝脏组织中总NOS酶活性明显低于运动组,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:补充羊肚菌可以改变大鼠体内心肌组织和肝脏组织中一氧化氮(NO)的含量,改善运动大鼠心脏和肝脏中血管收缩状态,使血管舒张,血供增加。

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to observe and analyze the effects of Morchella Esculenta on the quantity contain of NO and NOS in different organization in intensive endurance training rats.Methods:Adopting intensive endurance training,and compare with the experiment through supplementing the Morchella Esculenta,this paper observe the changes of NO and NOS content in rats' different organizations after intensive endurance training.Results: Exercise take medicine liver NO content lower than exercise group in organizing.There is a significant difference(P<0.05).Exercise takes medicine group cardiac muscle total NOS enzyme activation lower than exercise group.There is a significant difference in organizing(P<0.05);Exercise takes medicine group liver total NOS enzyme activation lower than exercise group obviously in organizing.There is no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Morchella Esculenta can change exercise rats heart and liver oxidize content of nitrogen(NO) in organizing,improve exercise rats heart and liver blood vessel shrink state and make vasodilation.The blood is supported to increase.
