| 摘 要： | 在传统优秀文化复兴上升到国家战略的背景下,研究民间传统体育组织创新发展的路径,对传统文化传承与发展等具有重要意义。采用文献法、访谈法等分析民间传统体育组织发展的趋同表现、趋同机制、趋同危机,并提出组织创新发展的路径。研究结果显示,民间传统体育组织发展呈现形式趋同性,表现在组织目标、结构、活动、策略、政社关系等方面的趋同。组织趋同的内在机制为强制机制、模仿机制和社会规范机制。组织趋同可能带来组织多样性受损和文化多样性破坏,引发组织生态系统和文化生态系统失衡。内涵式的"求异"发展是组织创新发展的策略选择,组织应以文化价值挖掘为核心、以行为活动活态传承为关键、以制度建设为保障、以物质资源保存与开发为表现等进行特色文化品牌塑造。

| Abstract: | Under the background that the rejuvenation of traditional excellent culture has risen to the national strategy,it is of great significance for the inheritance and development of traditional culture to study the innovative development path of folk traditional sports organizations.This paper analyzes the convergence performance,convergence mechanism and convergence crisis of the development of folk traditional sports organizations by using the methods of literature and interview,and puts forward the innovative path of organization development.The results show that the development of folk traditional sports organizations presents the form convergence,which is manifested in the convergence of organizational goals,structures,activities,strategies,and the interactive relationship with government.The internal mechanism of organizational convergence is compulsive mechanism,imitation mechanism and social norm mechanism.Organizational convergence may lead to the damage of organizational diversity and cultural diversity,and lead to the imbalance of organizational ecosystem and cultural ecosystem.The connotative development of"seeking difference"is the strategic choice of organizational innovation and development.The organization should take cultural value excavation as the core,behavior activity and living state inheritance as the key,system construction as the guarantee,material resources preservation and development as the performance to shape the characteristic cultural brand. |
