中小学体育教师课程角色问题的研究

摘    要:体育作为全面发展教育的重要组成要素之一,是发展素质教育不可或缺的课程。体育教师在课程事件中扮演的角色究竟应如何?这关系到未来体育教学的发展趋向,也决定未来体育教学改革的方向。试图通过对中小学体育教师课程角色现状的分析,揭示现阶段在教师角色定位中存在的问题,并且深入的探究其问题的根源所在,最终使每一名体育教师在新一轮的课程改革中找到准确的定位。从而揭示出课程领域中被遗忘的角落———教师的课程角色。

Abstract:Physical education is one of the key elements in the process of developing physical education; it is the curriculum that is essential in school education. What should physical education's teacher role in curriculum be? This affect physical education development and curriculum reform in the future. Based on document study and logic approaches, this paper discusses the present conditions with physical educations role in curriculum in P.E. teaching, reveals the problems of teachers location now, tries to find source to these problerns. Eventually all teachers will find their best place to preach in new curriculum reform. We should pay attention to the corner which is forgotten in curriculum-teacher's role in curriculum.
