| 浙江省城镇中学体育教师工作压力及应对方式的研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查法,对浙江省城镇中学体育教师工作压力及应对方式进行探讨。结果显示:浙江省城镇中学体育教师工作压力整体得分呈现中度(M=2.97)。其中以学生管理的得分最高,压力最大,并显示不同年龄、教龄存在着显著差异。专业发展的得分最低,在不同文化程度、不同学校上存在显著差异。浙江省城镇中学体育教师在压力应对方式上,以解决问题为最常用的应对压力的方式,在体育教师是否兼职的问题上有显著差异,其次是休闲活动,逃避问题的得分则最低。 |

| Abstract: | By means of questionnaire investigation,the work related strss of PE teachers in middle schools in urban areas is analyzed and discussed.The result suggests:firstly,the total score of all the items in the questionnaire about work related stress of PE teachers in middle schools in uban areas presents moderate(M=2.97).Among all the items,"student management" scores highest with its biggest stress and it makes a big difference in teachers at different ages and school ages."Specialty development" scores lowest,which comparatively has lower stress but it also differs greatly among teachers with different literacy levels in different schools.Secondly,among all the items on coping styles,"solving the problem" is the most popular way,which makes difference on whether the teacher undertakes an administrative position."leisure activities" scores the second highest,while "getting away" scores the lowest and it differs greatly among teachers with different schools ages and professional titles,which shows the coping styles are active and initiative. |
