篮球运动员对抗训练与比赛后BUN、CK值变化分析

摘    要:选择20名篮球运动员作为测试对象,了解大强度的对抗训练与比赛后的区别,为训练和比赛提供依据。在训练及比赛前一天、运动后即刻、次日清晨取样,分别测试血尿素(BUN)、肌酸激酶(CK)。结果表明:比赛与大强度对抗训练后即刻BUN相比表现呈显著性差异(P<0.05);比赛同大强度对抗训练次日清晨BUN的值相比呈显著性差异(P<0.05);正式比赛与大强度对抗训练后CK的值相比呈非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。表明篮球比赛时的负荷强度高要高于平时对抗训练时负荷强度,平时对抗训练要注意加大训练负荷。

Abstract:This paper selected 20 basketball players as test objects,in order to understand the difference between intensive confrontation training and competition,as well as provide the basis for training and competition.Sampling in training and competition the day before,immediately after exercise,the next day early morning,blood urea(BUN) and creatine kinase(CK) were separately test.The results showed that: Immediately after competition and intensive confrontation training,the value of BUN shows a significant difference(P<0.05);In the next early morning after competition and intensive confrontation training,the value of BUN shows a significant difference(P<0.05);After official competition and intensive confrontation training,the value shows a very significant difference(P<0.01).It indicates that the load intensity in basketball competition is higher than usual confrontation training's.It suggests that we should increase training load in usual confrontation training.
