| 摘 要： | 运用心理测量法和问卷法 ,采用定量与定性分析相结合的方法 ,对体育院校大学生成就动机的发展特点进行分析 ,并与普通院校大学生进行比较。研究结果表明 :体育院校大学生成就动机水平高于普通院校大学生成就动机水平 ;体育院校与普通院校男女大学生的成就动机得分不存在显著差异 ;影响体育院校与普通院校大学生成就动机的前两位因素是意志品质和社会就业压力。

| Abstract: | In order to inquire into achievement motivation developmental level of PE specialty undergraduates, this paper combined quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis in the course of study by using scale and questionnaire. On the basic layer of college life, it investigated the achievement motivation level of PE institute undergraduates, and compared with the regular institute undergraduates. The result shows that the level of PE specialty undergraduates' achievement motivation is much higher than that of regular institute undergraduates. The level of achievement motivation doesn't have remarkable difference among sexes in PE specialty and regular institute undergraduate. The front two factors which affect PE specialty and regular institute undergraduates are will character and socially working pressure. |
