| 摘 要： | 进行足球职业化改革,建立完整且相对稳定的青少年竞训体系,对我国青少年足球运动的普及与提高起着重要的作用,也是实现我国足球可持续发展的关键所在。我国足球经历了十余年的改革,现已逐渐形成了日渐完善的青少年足球培养体系与管理体制。对我国青少年足球竞赛和训体系进行了分析与探讨,揭示了现阶段我国青少年足球竞赛训练体系和管理机制的现状及存在的问题,旨在为我国青少年足球后备人才培养提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | With the development of our soccer reform,the setting up of a steady systematic competition and training mechanism is the foremost thing for Chinese juvenile soccers.Chinese soccer reform has developed more than ten years; the juvenile soccer competition and training mechanism has literally been founded.By studing the juvenile soccer competition and training mechanism,this paper shows the current situation and problems,in order to provid some clues and suggestions for the development of Chinese juvenile soccers. |
