| Abstract: | Through the educational practice, we find the existing problems and work out the solutions to them, We believe that the conventional ideas must be changed and the P.E concept with the quality education as the core must be formed. Peforms of courses, textbooks and teaching methods must be deepened. At the same time, the second-classroom activities must be developed. |
