| 摘 要： | 随着人民群众参与体育活动和比赛的日益增多，每年各种体育赛事层出不穷，不管是参赛的运动员组织还是观看比赛的观众或报道赛事的记者，都越来越关注比赛的观赏性、公平性等，这就需要我们的赛事组织部门在比赛过程出现争议时，相关利益方提出申诉时，做出公正、公平的复审裁决。而《仲裁委员会条例》1982年7月29日国家体委发布，（82）体政研字8号]1]已经完全不适应目前的仲裁需要，待进一步改进修订。

| Abstract: | Along with the people to participate in sports activities and competition is increasing, the annual sports events emerge in an endless stream, whether the athletes still watching the game or games journalist, more and more attention to the enjoyment of the competition and fairness. This requires our organization department disputes in the game process, stakeholders appeal, to make a Review decision of justice and fairness.＆lt;The Arbitration Commission regulations＆gt;has not adapt to the current arbitration, Ready for further improvement of the revision. |
