摘    要:中国人长期以来以知识价值取向的实用功利性所形成的社会人格心理机制而重智轻体教育,讲究书生气的教育思想深深地影响着学校体育和体育教师职业的认识并阻碍了体育教师与角色融合的程度。

Abstract:Practical utilitarism has brought about psychological mechanism of social personality. More attention is paid to intellect than physical training. Bookish educational concept has strong influence on the college physical training and knowledge of occupation of teachers. This knowledge value of outlook prevents teachers of physical training from keeping part harmony.
