血府逐瘀汤对训练适应大鼠血液流变学及力竭性游泳运动能力的影响

摘    要:48只SD雌性大鼠随机分为4组,即安静对照组(C1)、服药对照组(C2)、单纯运动组(T1)和服药运动组(T2),观察血府逐瘀汤对长期定量负荷大鼠血液流变学及力竭性游泳能力的影响。结果表明:大鼠服药4周后,服药对照组血液流变学仍较安静对照组显著性改善;但服药运动组的血液流变学无论在定量负荷后即刻还是在力竭性游泳运动后即刻,与单纯运动组相比均无显著性差异(P>0.05);同样,服药运动组游泳至力竭的时间较单纯运动组亦无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤在长期定量负荷训练条件下对大鼠的血液流变学及力竭性游泳能力无显著性影响。

Abstract:48 female rats were divided into four groups in random, which were resting comparative group(C1), resting and being taken drug comparative group(C2), only exercise group(T1), exercise and being taken drug group (T2). TO observe the effects of xuefuzhuyu decoction on hemorheology and exhaustive swimming capacity in chronic fix quantify workload training rats. The results indicated: After rats had been taken drug for 4 weeks, the hemorheologies of C2 were also significantly better than those of C1; The hemorheologies of T2 were little better than those of T1 at immediately post either fix quantify workload training or the exhaustive swimming ,but there was no significant difference between them (P> 0.05); The swimming times to exhaustion of T1 were also no significantly longer than those of T2 (P>0.05). Conclusion: Xuefuzhuyu decoction was no significantly effects on enhancing the blood theology and increasing the exhaustive swimming capacity at the same conditions of chronic fix quantify workload training in rats.
