| 摘 要： | 为了提高篮球专项课的教学质量，我们开展了目标教学的实验研究。实践证明，实施目标教学管理能加强教师的责任感和学生学习的紧迫感，能大面积提高教学质量。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the teaching effect a research is carried out on Target-orientated Teaching Program, during which more attention is paid to the aspects of educating, instructing and encouraging. Meanwhile in the research the importance is attached to teachers?responsibility and students?motivation of studying. It is born out in the experiment that carrying out Target-orientated Teaching Program me could arouse the enthusiasm of both the teachers and the students and extensively the teaching effect in basketball course as well. |
