| Abstract: | The study was a sample of sports culture construction in Maoming Petro-Chemical Shihua Company Limited through individual cases analysis method. This enterprise made use of university resources advantages to introduce schools into the enterprise with this method of industry-university cooperation. This paper analyzed the background of sports culture construction, concrete operation content and effect. And in this paper we explored a new way on industry-university cooperation of sports culture construction in enterprise and constructed a new mode of sports culture development in modern enterprises. |
